Registration: 2017 Region II Championships Schedule

TNSCTP
2017 Region II Championships
Region II Coaches,

We wanted to reach out to give advance notice of some upcoming changes to the Region II Championships.

Due to the volume of Skeet and Sporting Clays shooters in Region II, we have decided to split the two events over Friday and Sunday to shorten both days. The split will be similar to the schedule for the State Championships. This should create only one flight of Sporting Clays and two flights of Skeet on both days. Trap shooting will take place on Saturday.

All events will be held at the Nashville Gun Club. Registered targets will be offered for all three disciplines.

Friday, June 2, 2017

Apply today for 2017 Dunavant Youth Fishing Classic

2017 Dunavant Youth Fishing Classic
Region 1 and Region 2 Athletes and Coaches,

We are excited to announce our annual Dunavant Youth Fishing Classic will be held May 6, 2017 in the Memphis area. And it's absolutely free to join us! All you need is a fishing license.

The event is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is held on a private lake. The lake is managed by Bill Dance, so it has plenty of quality largemouth bass.

Family attendance is encouraged, so let us know how many parents, guardians, brothers, and sisters will be attending. Everyone is welcome and everyone under 16 is welcome to fish!

Bait will be provided and you are encouraged to bring your own fishing gear. However, there will be equipment for those who don't own their own.

Lunch (fried fish and hush puppies, of course!) will be provided. Please inform us of any food allergies.

The day will be filled with fishing instruction, prizes, awards, and--most of all--fun!

If you are interested in attending, simply submit this application by Friday, April 28 at 8 a.m. Again, applications for siblings under 16 and parents are encouraged!

If you are unable to access the application, please copy and paste this url into your browser:

Youth will be selected from the pool of applicants and details of the event will be emailed.

If you have any questions or issues, please contact Nhan Nguyen, Youth Hunting & Fishing Coordinator.

Best Regards,
Tennessee Wildlife Federation program team
