2018 Region II Championship Notes for event

TNSCTP
Region II Championships Information
Region II Coaches,

The Region II Championships start Thursday afternoon.  Below are a few notes that you need and some to share with your team.
  • Check-in will begin at 10:00 AM on Thursday and Sunday because of the late start time and 7:45 AM on Friday and Saturday.  Please bring cash or one check for each team.
  • Please review the shoot-off procedures found in the updated Policy and Procedure Manual
  • Opening announcements will be on the front porch 30 minutes prior the first flight each day.
  • EVERYONE MUST WEAR EYE AND EAR PROTECTION ON THE SPORTING CLAYS COURSE.  THIS MEANS YOU!
  • Be prepared to start on time and shoot in a timely manner.  Please be on-site at least 1 hour before your scheduled shoot time.
    • For trap, a 5 minute break is permitted between the first and second 50 for time to load the trap house.
    • For skeet, there are no breaks between rounds.  We need everyone to move through the rounds as quickly as possible and not delay.  Several teams are trying to shoot skeet and sporting clays in the same day and we need everyone to shoot in a timely manner.
  • Please review the  Trap Scoring Schedule.  You don't want your scorekeeper to be late, so don't be late for your score keeping responsibility.
  • Please share the Schedule and Awards links with your parents/athletes:
  • Several have asked about renting golf carts.  Boswell's is the vendor again this year.  Contact Brett Heard at (615) 242-0214.  2-passenger carts are $50/day and 4-passenger carts are $75.

Event Schedule:
  • May 31 (Starting at 1:00 p.m.):
    • Skeet: All ages - $35
    • Sporting Clays: All ages - $50
  • June 1 (Starting at 9:00 a.m.):
